Community Involvement and Sponsorships

Part of the philosophy behind the credit union movement is to help the community you serve. We at WESC Federal Credit Union want to do all that we can.
We are involved in the “Adopt a Highway” program and schedule clean ups at least twice a year. Staff, Board members, and members themselves volunteer their time to help out.
We help the Salvation Army each year as a collection point during their drive to collect school supplies for area children.
Every winter WESC Federal Credit Union holds a fund raising “Skip a Payment” promotion, giving ½ of the fees collected to charity.
For the past three years, the staff and as many of our member businesses that we can recruit, have gotten involve with the March of Dimes annual March for Barbies. What great fun we've had selling Beanie Babies to raise money!!
WESC yearly, signs up with Jason’s Friends Foundation to be a lane sponsor at their annual bowling fundraiser.
